Komen Cocktails for the Cure at The Palm

February 25 – Cocktails for the Cure with the San Diego Enforcers took place at The Palm Restaurant in San Diego http://www.thepalm.com/. Susan G. Komen for the Cure is the Team's charity of choice this year. The team members along with it's president, vice president, board members, volunteers, and team photographer appeared for photo opportunities, sales of their team calendar - and a DATE AUCTION by four of their players! The San Diego Enforcers Public Safety Football Team plays football to raise money for charities. This year, this wonderful team of public safety, law enforcement and fire fighters have chosen Susan G. The season opens on February 27 with a game against the USMC Bulldogs at Escondido High School.

On April 24, the Enforcers host the New York Fire Department in their fourth annual "Hero Bowl." The Hero Bowl, the organization's most popular game, will honor breast cancer survivors at half time.
